I think I'm worse than all of you combined! I have keratosis pilaris all over my body my arms are my main pick area but I justify the picking because it makes the bumps look better. I have been picking since I can remember and I'm now 21 I think I'm going to be one giant scar! I don't know what to do to stop. I thought fake nails, gloves. Nothing works any new suggestions?
