Well i picked my forehead I just want this to end..I am so sick of living like this. Just waiting and waiting for my face to clear up. I go to the doc on thursday..we'll see what he says. I am starting ZT right now! thanks yall for all of ur support much love! ~amylou

Well I have picked..hoping to heal..went to the doc..my face has improved..but still having breakouts..gave me some more med..we'll see how it works! love yall!

Just got home from a long day of work! which means not much picking! i picked a little this morning and last night ..but hopefully nothing to stress out over..just got some new med..looks like its working good so far..i am not having any new breakouts..but we'll see

Well i have been doing better. My picking has gone down! I think my medicine is starting to kick in and not much acne is coming up! Thanks for all of your support. I'll keep you posted.

uhhh i picked a ton today..but just some little spots. I am going to keep trying to pick less! I am just realizing how picking never makes it better..hope yall are well..i am on spring break this week so I hope my picking doesn't overwhelm me

Well I haven't posted in a few days..I am actually doing soo much better! My medicine is really working thank goodness and in turn it has reduced my picking dramatically. At this moment I have zero pimples! How wonderful is that! I just hope this continues..i need this so bad and i have worked so hard for this! Hope yall are doing well..and i have been working out a lot..and that is making me feel and sleep better!

Well my face is just about clear! I did do some picking on my chest and my forehead..even though there wasn't much to pick at..I still made a scab

I am doing still pretty well..although I keep picking at small spots..but don't seem to do much damage..i leave the mirror before it gets too totally out of control..i started tanning..starting to look hot! OH boy 2 more months till i am a married woman..all i want is beautiful skin on my wedding day! I am starting to see myself again! I actually enjoy looking in the mirror now.. and can do it most of the time without picking.

today has been a good day..worked out and just got home from work..have done some picking..but I am trying to get away from it..my medicine is keeping the acne away..so if i quit picking my face will be clear..i just need to learn how to do that

of course i was doing so good..i have all these new breakouts how frustrating! well my period starts tomorrow so hopefully they'll go away fast..i hate this!
