Hello, I'm back.
Picking is going OK, although I did faulter at the weekend.
I am however wearing a short sleeve top today (although I still have to wear long sleeves at night, but it is just too tempting.
I am also just about to start, so I am expecting quite a few spots to appear, and must be able to resist.
Apart from that things are fine. It is nice to finally have some good weather here, although it does make the building I work in extremely hot! Oh well, you can't have it both ways.
Keep going everyone.

RR, you work with kids, too? I work at a daycare center, and I LOVE it. I'm going into clinical child psychology in graduate school, because I love kids so much. They are just the best when you're down, don't you think? I love to tell stories to my friends about the amazing things kids have done and said when I'm at work.
LONG LIVE THE CHILDREN!!!! Later... CoolHandLuke

hello! well, ive had some ups and downs of late. id been doing great until, last week in school, a child in my class gave my behaviour management strategies a good run for their money! i had a fairly ruthless squeeze at my arm that evening... grrr! as im trying to address this picking problem, even with zt, im realising how much changing it really really is a looong process for me, not a one off decision. like, last month, i was premenstrual and had no idea how hard it would be to resist the STRONG urge to pick- this month i was prepared for the pmt but didnt forsee the stress of defiant children being a trigger (duh! who knew?!!!). anyway, its half term break this week so ive been salt-scrubbing and have numerous elastoplasts and savlon on my arm. my face, despite having developed a big old pmt spot (which ive been remarkably good about not even touching) is actually lookin kinda super! AND when ive found myself in front of the mirror ive looked at how clear my face is and discovered i dont want to disrupt the ever-increasing purity. its nice to feel that way love, rae xxx
