Are you simply touting your knowledge of this disorder and the potential beneficial drugs? As far as I know, it has not yet been made legal for psychologists to prescribe, so I'm certain that is not you intent. If you have spent any time at this website at all, I am assuming for purposes of evaluating us as subjects, you would probably note already that pretty much everyone at this board has not only heard of SSRIs, but many have taken them, with only modest if any improvement. There is really nothing you can share of benefit to us, unless you have this issue yourself. Everybody here has made themselves emotionally vulnerable and it has been an equitable trade. What we don't need is to hear from someone who is above our problem.

I think it is interesting to hear a "profesisonal" opinion but now that I've read your points, D'arcy, I think those would be better left up to some articles or something published elsewhere. (Besides, as a fellow student, I respect student knowledge shared here just as much ). We wouldn't want someone coming in here pretending to be a professional if they weren't, either.

I am also 4-square against any marketing/commercial interests being expressed on this site as many of us are vulnerable and rely on word of mouth from each other with no intent to make an endorsement and we should be able to trust each other. I don't know if spamming a forum or gaining people's trust is a worse form of marketing.

Hmm, thats sad. Someone who specializes in csp is a rare find and many of us dont have anywhere to turn to and would appreciate guidance, or just simple answers to questions. just my opinion for whatever its worth...

I just have to say... wow! I cant believ you rejected a proffesional when he is one of the fewest docs out there willing to help us. really.,.. you guys suck. Dr. C has soooooo helped me... so sorry u cut him off. Seroqel, accutane and whatever else
