Hey girls,
How's it going? The past few days I didn't pick at all. Today I messed a tiny bit with one spot, but I stopped myself very quickly. Boh. I hate that. Oh well. I'm not going to mess with anything for the rest of the day.
I'm enjoying my smooth, sore-free chest and back. Can't wait 'till my face gets there. It's taking a long time, but I know it will, eventually, if I just keep leaving it alone.

hey! well apparently a week is about my limit for relatively smooth-sailing. its been really hard the last few days. i have messed up a couple of times but nothing major at all and my skin is still so clear i dont even wear makeup at all anymore and i wear tank tops at will! i seriously have not looked this good since i was like eleven. but seeing as how i have been faltering lately, its time to harden the pact in my mind again and keep looking ahead the best i can. oh, and go see my therapist. its been a few weeks.(damn. the trials of a poor girl.) im going to start trying immediately to give all my excess energy to creative things rather than just the suppressing of destructive things. ok i forgot what else i was going to say. keep it up, everybody. good for you, Heather! love, rabbitmoon.

Report from yesterday, day nine:
Probably one of my easiest days of ZT. It helped that I was busy the entire day, and that stress was nearly non-existant.
Sundays are always the worst for me. I'm fully expecting a struggle today.
Keep up the good work, girls. I'm proud of all of us!

Hey girls! I havent posted in like...3 days. Fri nite I was at a concert and crashed as soon as I got home. Yesterday I went to New York and also crashed when I got home. But not before eating cereal (yay!) and picking a spot or 2 on my arm. Meh. Oh well. I cant see where I picked it...so Im not going to worry about it. Good news is that today is the first day I havent worn makeup in like 3 years. Yay!! Ah well. Im off to play the Sims or something LOL. Bye bye.
