I found this link and wondered if anyone had taken it with success. I think I'm going to try it!

and cannot get it here! I guess I'll have to order it online if I want to try it. I've been using Neutrogena Skin Smoothing Body Lotion for almost a week now (I have keratosis pilaris) and it's helped somewhat because I don't "feel" the bumps so easily, but last night I had a major skin picking session on an area that I don't normally pick - the back of my right calf. It looks horrible today and I'm hoping I can leave it alone long enough for it to heal up well by the time I go on vacation at the lake with family and friends on July 10. Wish me luck! Colleen

Hi, I just saw this link. I tried inosital and it's a good source of fiber, will keep you regular, but I don't think it's a cure all for picking. You have to take SO MUCH of it in powdered form all the time for it to treat OCD, that it started to get hard to drink it all day long with juice. It's hard to gage how much it helped me, I didn't feel any different, however my picking was at a lower point for awhile. I finally just stopped after going on and off again for a few months. I think it's also good for skin so couldn't hurt.
