Keep up the good work girls! Ive had some minor slip ups but no more. I cant believe Ive actually gone this long with the very minmal picking (only the past 2 days)...this has to be a record. LOL! GL girls! On to day 7!

I'm doing well today, and yesterday as well. ;D I never could have done this without everyone's support.
It's like I used to think I was a total freak. I look totally normal with clothes on but a complete mess underneath. My therapist reassured me that I wasn't a total freak, but talking to all you wonderful people helped me to believe that I am flawed, not a freak. When your all alone out there, doing this bizarre habit, how can a person think anything else? We are all simply flawed human beings. Everyone in the world has shameful secrets that they hide. We are not so different from everyone else.
Thank you to the people who started this site and thank you to all the people who post and listen and respond.
