aaarrrrr! i just realized im a day behind everyone else! dont i feel dumb. well MY day one was yesterday. i didnt pick at all. but i did notice myself ALMOST doing it like a hundred times more than i thought i did. its very enlightening. i thought i was all super concious (how do you spell that?) of my picking but i was wrong. it doesnt matter though. im doing great and i feel really good about it. it sounds like everyone is doing BEAUTIFULLY and AMAZINGLY as well. im happy for you all! thank you Heather! this is awesome! think of how good we will all look in 30 days!
for the sake of clarity, im gonna say im on the same day everyone else is on and just remember in my mind im a day behind. otherwise i'll get confused! i barely picked on the real first day anyways. id already covered my mirrors!
