Hey, Im so happy to find a place where people do the same thing I do..I thought I was a freak. Anyways, I have a question. Its sort of weird, but I hope someone can answer this for me. I pick my face,,,and Im trying hard to stop. The thing that keeps me goin is that when I squeeze a spot..on my chin, cheek or forehead...even if there's nothing there, all this white stuff comes out of it. There isnt even a bump or pimple sometimes, but this still happens. I have no clue what it is and I wish I could control myself:0(

Take a look at Heathers ZT thread. Its good. Its a hard decision and a drastic one but I think its the only way to go.

Welcome, Shimmerkiss.
Like you, I found that the results I got from picking (always getting something out) kept me going back to it. It's a horribly hard habit to break, one that I still haven't done myself.
Try to stay away from mirrors, especially mirrors in really well-lit areas. It makes the picking very tempting. I like to use the bathroom with the light off, then I can't catch myself stopping for "just one pick" in front of my mirror, like I'm so prone to doing.
Best of luck and, again, welcome!
