Hi girls,

My name is Heather. I've been picking for...oh....four years. I'm 19 years old, and a sophomore in college. I like to paint, ride horses, sing, and solve math problems.

This summer I reduced my picking to scarcely nothing. Then, the weekend before school started I had a very minor episode. Now, two-three weeks later, I just had my first major episode in a long while. Well, I've been doing great overall, but now I need to get back on track. So I came here. Here's to quitting picking once more!

I'll be thinking of you girls as I walk around campus today with my scabby face. Makes me feel a little better to know that you are out there.
