On Tuesday night I had a staff meeting for work, and after it was over I started talking to a co-worker and a good friend of mine. I knew she was in therapy b/c talked about it a lot, but I didn't know if she saw a real psychologist or what so I started asking her about it. I asked so many questions, that she wondered why I wanted to know so much and I just started crying 
like crazy and told her. She is the first and only person that I have told about my CSP and I'm so glad that I told her. I didn't know how she was going to react so I was really scared. But she didn't even look at me funny or anything. In fact she said she's heard a little bit about it! I had no idea how good it feel to actually tell some one about it. Anyways, after for like an hour or so, she gave me the name and number of the person she sees and I finally called and made an appointment!!! My appointment is on Wednesday the 17th ( which is my b-day! probably not the day I would have chosen to be my first session, but I'll take what I can get! ;D ). The only thing is the person I'm seeing is not a psychologist, or a doctor. She's just some kind of counselor. But I'm pretty optimistic b/c my friend really, really likes her. My friend said that she's sure that if the counselor can't help me, she'll find someone who can. I think that she'll tell me to see a doctor for my CSP, but right now, I really want to focus on telling my fiancee and I hope that she'll be able to help me firgure why I can't tell him. Anyways, I'll let you all know how my appoinment goes!
