I have to ask if anyone has taken/ is taking Wellbutrin? I just started taking it b/c my doctor said it would help with the sexual side effects caused by Lexapro. Any strange side effects with Wellbutrin? Has it helped anyone? Anyone else had annoying sexual side effects from antidepressants that haven't gone away?

I took Wellbutrin a few years ago (one of the many) and I didn't have such a good time with it. It's not the best drug to take if you suffer from OCD, only drug I ever took that didn't have any impact on my libido; I'll give it that.  I'm on Zoloft now, and while I wouldn't change it for the world, it like 'my liwhat?' I guess it all boils down to figuring the lesser of the evils. |

I take wellbutrin now, but it's for Bipolar, not for picking. I actually love it because it helps keep me stable on the "happy" side of bipolar. I haven't found it to be any help for picking, but it doesn' t seem to have any side-effects for me, either.

I take it too, but for general depression. I can't really comment on the sexual side effects, since I've been having some issues with my dh lately, so the lack of is not due to the drug. However, when I did tell my dr. that I did (at one point) stop picking for awhile, he was surprised, since it's not a drug to be used for any type of ocd.
