Hi, in new here too, im Nikkie im 21 and i absoulutly cannot help picking, its something ive suffered with ever since i can remember , my mum took me to the docs several time when i was young over it but he just said i will grow out of it, how wrong could he be!
Im wanting to stop, its awful to keep having to go out in public and have this huge ugly scab on my face , arms , etc , i pretty much pick any spot i get, and the only way it heals is when i find a new one
Its ruining my skin and making me so self concious and no one seems to understand at all.
Hoping to make new friends here and hopefully stop!
