Dont use anything to pick your face... I have for a while now and its too bad, now I have to expierience first hand the permanent affects of using tools (permanent holes and scars). DONT USE INSTRUMENTS! I still do and I really hate it. I try to get something big cause I think it will get straight to the source but it just ends up getting extremely swolen. My parents and I found all the needles and pins in the house and I had them hide everything but now Im starting to use other things that are bigger, like staples! I get so much crap at school some kid asked me if I got beat up, cause seriously it looked like I got a goose-egg from getting hit in the head with a bat or something and it feels really bad when I have to deal with it. Trust me when I say its not worth the pain and humilliation.

Hi Justin, I totally understand your pain, It gets so bad that my family will lock all the bathroom doors and tell me that they will take down every mirror in the house. I've tried gloves sometimes they work, but when I get so crazyed with the urge it's hard to stop. Just try your hardest to focus on clearing up the ance, and healing the scars as naturally as possible. Alot of meds just make things worse but it gets worse before it gets better and I know thats hard to deal with...And for the clueless kids a school just ignore them they won't be around to see the frog turn into a Prince TEXT
