Pet obsessions! Please share!

Hello all, just wanted to start a little thread about pets. Im sure its been done before, but humor me!
Aren't pets great... They don't care when you are all minging and red from a picking session, and they cheer you up when you feel down![/shadow]
I am totally an animal freak, i love all creatures and I even have a borderline obsession with street pigeons! I know, I know, they're stinky and they have bobbly feet, but they are so funny! Watch them courting, its like something from a Benny Hill show. (Old comedy with Sleasy old guy chasing women round trees for those who don't know)

Aaaaanyway...
I am a crazy cat lady, I have two siamese who I grew up with, and are very old now. I don't see them nearly enough now, since I moved away from home...
I move around too much to have cats of my own, so at the moment, all my pet loving attention goes toward my lovely pet froggies - Sparticus and Aristotle. they are african clawed aquatic frogs, and they are both albino. They are so funny, a pair of flippery pigs, always looking for dinner!
Has anyone else got any beloved pets? I hope you'll share your stories here!

I love cats too. I am thinking about getting a kitty once I graduate. Kittens are so adorable!! I have lived with cats my whole life. My roommate has one, but he took him back to his hometown for the summer. It's lonely without the beloved Yoda. I'll let you know for sure if I get a kitten!

I have three guppies at the moment (the fourth one always dies for some reason). And a black persian cat who's kinda evil but I have to wuv her anyway, haha.

I really want a boxer puppy but I have a kind of small apartment and I want to have a place with a yard before I get one.

Oh and my mom has my turtle at her house (because I can't have it here and he gets to stay outside there). We used to have all kinds of crazy pets from gerbils to pet pigs.

Yup I'm a crazy cat lady too. I have two cats that live at my mums (!) and I have a small black cat called Rocky (because she's rockhard ;D) who lives with me. I also have a stray called Reilly (also black) who visits most nights. I'd be happy to give him a permanent home but he always disappears in the morning. Plus Rocky hates him

Heya,

I love exotic birds! I would have an aviary if i could afford it with lots of exotic birds! wow! that would be just fantastic!! Anyway I still have 2 African grey parrots, ones a congo and the other is a timneh. They really are funny! One will pretend to ring the tellephone and then the other will answer the 'phone' by saying HELLO in a posh voice!! LOL! I love em to bits!
