Move over Penelope Cruz, and Nicole Kidman. UB the new hottie in Tom's life! Well, maybe not on account of he's so old and all. But you look so good! What a great moment that must've been. Details, please!

Apparently a crappy town near mine was the perfect spot to film the end of the new Spielberg movie, War of the Worlds (remake). They were filming for two days at an old chemical plant in the town next to mine. My friend's father is a police officer in that town and he volunteered to guard the set for the two days that they were shooting. The first day he guarded Tom's trailer. The second day he was guarding on set. My friend was with him on set and met Tom on Friday. She saw Spielberg today and ate lunch from Tom's personal caterers. She also saw Dakota Fanning and a few other people. Well, she asked me if I wanted to come down. She couldn't promise that I would meet Tom Cruise, but I was still up for trying. My friend Angela and I went down to where they were barracading people off. No one knew for certain that Tom was coming down to sign autographs except us because my friend found out from being on set. We were stuck in a mass of people but my friend's dad was able to get us into someone's backyard so that we were up against a fence right by the road where Tom was going to be. He was supposed to show up at 4. We got there at 2:30. He finally showed up at like 5:30. He started meeting fans on the other side and we were worried that he wouldn't come to our side. The cops notified him that all the police families were over where we were and he came over to our side to sign autographs and take pictures. I was taking pics of him as he got closer and when he was right near me, one of the girls with him took my camera, told him that I wanted a picture and he posed with my friend and I. WEEEE!!! :-) Then he signed my Vanilla Sky DVD. It was the best!! I froze my butt off but it was so worth it!

You like the Vanilla Sky movie too? I LOVED that movie, one of my favorites. A lot of people watched it and walked out scratching their heads, saying "um, what just happened?" But I thought it was really good. Nice to know someone else does also!

Does Tom Cruise have OSP? Or is that make-up for the movie?
Your skin is perfect! Do you mind if I ask how often and how badly you pick your skin? (I know that's a weird question but I can't believe that you ever do anything to your skin since it looks flawless)

Tom Cruise has make up for the movie. I try my hardest to rarely pick my face. My face used to be yucky but I haven't picked at it in a long time. I started using Proactive to keep it clear. I don't have acne or many pimples at all, so I just need something to keep the little bumps from my face. In that pic, I actually had a nasty thing on my nose. LOL It was difficult to cover that morning, but apparently it didn't look as bad as I thought. I also use make-up. Not a lot, just on my nose and under my eyes. My family gets on my case and starts asking questions when my face looks picked at, so I just keep my hands off my face. If only I could keep my hands off the rest. I have been doing better. I used to go at my face with pins and tweezers and the like. Now it's usually just a little zit popping tool I bought. :-) I think I'm getting a little better.
