.....just surfing the web this morning, looking for some type of solution to my afternoon facial greasiness as I have looked hundreds of times before for solutions to my problem skin- and I came across your site..............
I remember my mom would pick at her skin, watching her , standing by the bathroom door - i think i was four or five- now I'm 27 ..my daughter watches me do my makeup, dry my hair, put on mascara..she says I'm her best friend ever.. I can't let her see..I dont want her to do this..It's time i stopped now, its been 15 years of this debiliating habit.. its time to bring myself to do what I know I should...for my daughter

You have touched me soo deeply. Reading your posts were like reading my own diary. Reading your posts made me cry.
If only I knew how to stop myself, i wish we were cured.
You are all a source of inspiration - of hope. My heart goes out to you, we are not alone......Lets stop hurting ourselves and the ones we love .
