hi, new here:) i pick my face and i also have sensitive skin. I've tried all the potions etc but anything except a moisturiser irritates my skin.
For very sensitive skin, a product i've found useful is called sudocrem

it's a very gentle healing cream, mainly used for nappy rash on little babies- but it helps acne too or any sore skin.
My picking is better if when I get the urge 2 pick i smooth this on my face instead.
It's heavy so you only need a little bit.
