Something that has really been helping me the past few days..i tend to pick at the pimples on my face that have pus inside of them..if i see that whitehead ii get the urge to pick and squeeze at it. But something that has really helped me is to turn the faucet on hot and let the water get warm..i put a corner of a washcloth under the water then i place that on my face until its not warm any more..then i put a band-aid with some neosporin on it..i woke up this morning and it had drained it self and i contiued that and my acne has cleared up from me not picking it! hope this helps for yall!

Here's a tip I read in YM magazine that I kept from a long time ago. If you can't resist popping a pimple, do this instead. - Dissolove 1 teaspoon of salt in 1 pint of warm water. Dip in a towel and press it on your zit for five mninutes to bring the sebum (the white stuff) to the surface. -Wash your hands and wrap your fingers in a tissue. Gently press down around the pimple (never use your nails). Don't squeeze! If it doesn't open immediately, stop . Apply another compress for five minutes and try again later. -Once you've popped your pimple, disinfect it with a cotten ball soaked in astringent. Don't even think of using benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid on it-the area is a mini open wound and acne medications are too harsh. Instead dab on a ointment that contains healing aloe vera. Hope this helps!
