Hi Everyone! Hope this helps yall..... Support Groups - - They are always there when you need them I find these group VERY supportive.
Aromatherapy -- Works great when you are stressed.
Yoga- - very relaxing and improves your physical health on top of that.
Put in dimmer light bulbs where ever you pick. I've put 25 watt blue painted light bulbs (They have purdy fish on 'em) and they REALLY are much dimmer. When I go into pick I am blue and cannot see a darn thing!!
Go outside when you feel the urge - -get some fresh air! Working outside also helps too.. but don't get too stressed, you might come back in and pick.
I've also heard that fake nails (gel nails, etc) work very good.. I don't know.. never used them. But all of the others I have done and have worked.
