I pick my hands really bad aswell. fortunately I pick the inside of my hands and as long as I don't but my palms up people don't easily see my scars and wounds.
however...I work at a gasstation and people hand over money all the time and It's so hard to hide it then.
the only thing that works a bit for me is to where sleeves that are too long.....they cover up my thumbs a bit. when somebody gives my money directly in my hand I put the long sleeve over my wounds.
but still I can't completely hide it. especially people who see me everyday like my co-workers...the minute they notice someting funny about my hands they start paying attention too it really bad ofcourse and they find out what I do.
I don't think there really is some magic tric to hide it completely.....sorry....

Yep, I do the long sleeved thing too. or wear fingerless gloves as part of a fashion statement (I have been wearing my fingerless fishnet gloves alot lately)

Dermablend (dermablend.com) has a body/leg/tattoo cover cream. I'm not sure if it would work on hands.
