I often put vaseline on my face after picking as I feel it makes it smoother after it has soaked into my skin during night. I read it takes away redness aswell. Has any one else tried this? It makes it too slippery to pick aswell... :)However I only do this for some days, and if i did every night it migth cause oily skin and break outs

I do this too sometimes. Only after bad picks so as not to cause breakouts, but it does make my skin much better in the morning after a bad pick.

I like light vaseline as an almost daily moisturizer -- I feel like it puts an impenetrable layer between my skin & pollutants/ nasty things in the air. It doesn't make me break out. My friend was surpirsed because I really like natural products, but petroleum actually is forged by the earth.....

Careful using Neosporin often.
It is an antibiotic ointment. If you use it too much, your body will build up a defence against the antibiotic. Then when you really need it to fight infection, it won't work.
