Just today i've put camomile lotion on my currrent scabs to stop the itching when it heals (i think this is why i pick when i'm not in front of a mirror)
I have managed not to pick all day using this method although it doesnt disapear in the skin so you will have white patches on top of the scab
Just a tip but it's really helped me
