Neutrogena has this new bar out that exfoliates your skin while you shower. It's just a bar of soap that is wrapped in this blue cover thing and when you rub it on your skin, it exfoliates. I wanted to try it because I thought it would help with my acne, but it really hasn't yet. But it has helped to get rid of the little red bumps on the back of my arms and legs. Just wanted to let everyone know about it. I really like a lot. It smells really good too!  |

I saw that too!!! First I thought it was just made for men but shit, I'll use it. ;D I really need exfoliation on my back and arms.

I need something for the ingrown hairs on the backs of my legs  . Maybe this'll work? Thanks for the idea, and any other suggestions are definitely welcome! I remember at one point there was a whole thread about ingrown hairs and ideas about getting rid of them, but I can't seem to find it now. Elsie  |

I just bought the Nutragena body scrub and it has acne meds in it (salicylic acid) and these very fine scrubby things. I don't know what you call them. Anyway, I just started using it this week, so I don't have any results yet, but the med in it should help. |
