If you add Neosporin to wherever you picked on your face and leave it on overnight, skin will grow over the area which you picked. The trick is not to pick the next day. What you can do is add makeup (concealer and pressed powder to make the area look less oily) and try very hard not to look in the mirror. (I know this is hard-- even I have trouble doing it.) Just think about how great the area will look just in a few days w/o picking! Even when you think the skin is ready to fall off, do not pick it, let it come off when you wash your face.

Thanks Rachel-
I think I am going to try this tonight. I have three scabs on my face that I just created a couple of days ago that I would like to be gone in a week. I am going on vacation to see some relatives and I really don't want three scabs on my face!!

Neosporin is really for open wounds and cuts, and to prevent infection and heal faster, I would just put the neosporin on places you picked that are like open sores.

Neasporin has antibiotics in it, which should be used with great care as your body will get used to it and then when you need antibiotics they will not be effective.
I think it should be used very sparingly and not as a regular thing.

I've said this before 'cause it was funny, but my great grandma put neosporin on a spot every day and lived to 102. It's got magical powers, yo.
