St. Jude

I don't know how some of you feel about religion. However, for those of you that do believe in God or something greater than ourselves this might help you. It really helped me. St. Jude is the patron saint of the hopeless and if you pray to him he will help you. I am not going to write out the prayer here, but you can look up versions of it online if you want. I don't want to offend anyone who is not religious. I just thought it would be helpful to those that are. It helped me not only with skin picking but with other issues as well.

i definitely believe in praying for things to happen. whenever i lose something i pray to Saint Anthony (patron saint of lost articles or something along the lines of that) and im often overwhelmed by the thought of dying so i pray to Saint Christopher (patron saint of sudden death....) Whenever I do this I usually find whatever im looking for or just calm down.... I never thought my skin problems could possibly be solved by praying... thank you so much for giving me this idea...
