i'm trying neutrogena's blackhead eliminating treatment mask to try to stop picking at the pores on my nose, which seem to fill up no matter what i use. i need to stop picking, because i always end up infecting a few pores, and the skin on my nose becomes discolored and burnt looking. it seems to be working. it has salicylic and glycolic acid in it..and after experimenting with quite a few products, i think the combo of these acids will help "dissolve" the blackheads like it claims. it kinda helped after the first time i used it. so i'm gonna keep trying to it every couple of days to see if it'll help more.

Keep us posted, I would love to find a good blackhead eliminator! I would probably leave my face alone more often if I did not worry so much about my blackheads!!

I 've been using that neutrogena blackhead eliminating scrub for a coulple of weeks nows. I still have many blackheads, but not as many as I used too. Plus the ones I do have are smaller than they used to be. I really like using it because it is a really good exfoliator for your face. My face feels so soft after I use it! Anyways, just wanted to let you know about my experience with it.

I can't use Neutrogena, it makes my sensitive skin freak out.
But I have found that those Biore pore strips work like magic on the blackheads on my nose! My nose pores seem to fill up with gunk almost over night. The Biore pore strips actually do pull them right out (you must follow the directions exactly)! I use them about every 3-4 days. They aren't particularly cheap, but after all the prescription and non-prescription treatments that I've wasted money on I'm just happy to find something that actually works. Good luck!
