I have picked for 20 years. Like many others out there I was often told that I was very pretty, but I would still destroy my face daily. I tried every trick in the book to quit (including counseling, drugs, hypnosis, taking mirrors out of the house etc...), but never quit for more than 2 days. The more I focused on it, the worse it got. Well on a whim I bought some new makeup from an infomercial (yikes!) called Bare Essentials. NOW I HAVE NOT DONE ANY PICKING IN OVER A MONTH!!!!! I have been amazed. It is all natural (no chemicals) and real light weight (even though it covers most of my flaws). My skin has stopped breaking out and I don't have any little bumps to pick at. All the redness went a way in a week and the scars cover well. Its like I was allergic to my heavier liquid makeup in the past and all the inflammation and pus has gone away. I used to cake makeup on to cover my messed up face and now I don't have to. I recommend giving it a try.
