I usually pick right before a shower or right after. For some reason I can go all day but that is my weakest moment. Well, I've figured out a cure for that. Instead of showering with the regular light on, I have a red bulb that I use. It's kind of funky looking. I got it for Christmas or something; very retro-like. But anyway, I hang that up on the wall and use just that when I shower. From the time I get into the bathroom until the moment I leave, the only light on is that red one. It's nice, even though it's quite dark in there, the red reflects right off the skin and literally makes it look flawless. If you can't see anything to pick your mind thinks there's nothing there. You can even see bumps. It's been working for the past 5-6 days. My arms are sooo smooth. Ryan commented on them tonight. :-) He was all smiles when he felt them. ;D

Thats a really great idea!!! Anything to trick the brian... So happy for you...That's why Michael Jackson use to wash his face with the lights out in the bathroom...I'm sure he had a nightlight, but he did'nt want to see his skin which was covered with ance. To bad he went overboard with the surgery...Much love & peace Christine (SOS)

That is so strange, I have that very same problem. My weekest time of the day is before and after the shower or before and after i wash my face...especially if its late at night! I was just nice to read because I always thought I was alone. Thanks for the great tip!!
