Since what I hate most is the nasty feeling of a scab or bump I have stopped myself from picking by using a nail filing block. I only use the fine grade and buff very very carfully over the scab. It smooths down the level of the scab to my skin and I don't feel inclined to pick it anymore. Make up will cover these spots great! NO MORE BLOODY RED SPOTS!
