new habit to help along with no more broken skin: taking walk morning and evening. the morning part is really important to force me to get ready am and go out, even weekends and times not working ok, i'll write more as they come to mind

That's a great idea Anon! I'm a total morning person myself and for me getting out there is better than a cup of coffee! Plus, walking (or any physical activity) gets the blood circulating and the more blood flow you can get to your skin, the faster you'll heal! I don't have a walking buddy myself and I find that makes it harder to get motivated. I thought I could teach my pig to walk with me but she outgrew her harness in about a week so I gave up Get out there and have fun!
