I've been using Apha Hydrox which is a facial AHA exfoliant to help speed up the healing process after I've picked at my skin. I buy the extra strength oil free kind and I leave it on my skin overnight. It's great cause it helps to heal any infections you've caused fast and also helps to prevent them too. Oh and another thing you don't need a prescription you can get it at the drugstore.
