I picked my scalp for 20+ years. A month ago I had a thought...
I got Gel Nails. Artificial extensions & a nice finish which makes each nail a few millimetres thick.
The fact that I now simply cannot pick has, I hope cured me.
During the 1st week I still found myself trying to pick, feeling for scabs, but it's odd, my nails are now too thick, and didn't feel part of the whole sensation.
The desire left really quickly, my head is healed, and (surprised myself here).. I have NO DESIRE to pick. And most importantly, I can't anyway!!
I recommend this to anyone- ok, might be a radical route for men, but they can make them natural-looking (though I prefer long & bright myself)!!
