well i am unfortunately going through a bad scar and open wounds healing time, and something bad happened with school also. With all this I have been reading and trying to see how to handle all this.
what has been working for me to try not to touch any new pimples is, i tell myself quickly TIME HEALS and this helps me.
try this and i hope it helps
