Has anyone here ever used Inositol (Vitamin B12) to help stop picking? I recently started taking it every morning, and find it helps quite a bit. My urge to pick has been reduced somewhat. On normal nights when i used to pick for 45 mins, i will now only go for about 15, and my craving will be satisfied. It's not the end, but it's definitly a start! Has anyone else had a similar experience?
