1:55 Wednesday 20th April (back again) Its really late and i should sleep but i feel i need to get back on track... Lately I have started picking again. I have gotten more controll over food and studying, but less controll over my face. I want to feel clean, smooth and pure... I dont want to feel fat and bumpy with spots and scabs. Exams are soon done and after that I will really pamper myself with sauna and exercise and lotions and tanning.. But untill then I have to gain controll over picking. Pasted from another post: (hope you dont mind) Some important things to consider about the habits we want to change: • habits are difficult to change and yet they can be changed • sometimes its best to take major steps and change a habit (i.e. either you're a smoker or not smoking) • many times making "adjustments" works best (i.e. you want an uncluttered home, its important to start "somewhere") • when we purposely break old habits, we may grieve • research shows that it takes at least 21 days to change a habit • an empty space is left where the old habit used to be • fill the empty space with a new habit or something from your wow list Im going to think about this tonight and [glow=red,2,300]TEXT[/glow] Good night Good luck to myself and everyone else.
