Hi everyone,
(I used to be a regular on this site.....I'm back from a hiatus...not a picking hiatus, unfortunately.)
So, could someone fill me in on what "ZT" is?

Welcome back to the site.
About ZT - it means 'zero tolerance'. If you do ZT you are not allowed to pick at anything. I don't know what kind of picker you are, but if you do ZT in regard to face picking, you cannot touch a single spot. Needless to say that most people are not able to do complete ZT, at least not for a longer period. I have never managed more than a few days in a row. But I am glad for those days and I am dreaming of being able to do complete ZT for a long period one day.
