All right, I have been doing a lot better with my picking lately, to the point where it's just an occasional thing. Before, ZT was not an option for me because I still "needed" picking.
Yesterday I turned 24. That means I'm at an age where I'm young but not so young that I think I'll be young forever, and I realize how years can slip by where I am not reaching my full potential or having as much fun because of my skin. I would really like for picking to be something I struggled with as an adolescent/young adult and then got over. I haven't picked yesterday or today, so I want to proclaim to all here that
24 year old me will not pick!
