I am 20 years old, and I have been desperately trying to stop picking my face. I need a ZT partner to help keep me on track, and I will be encouraging as well.

Hey I just turned 20 too, am new and not really sure what a ZT partner would involve but, as I don't really enjoy skin picking, trichotillomania or obsessive compulisive eating anymore, would love to talk with any/all of you more about such as I'm very interested in finding a way to stop these strange behaviors as quickly and permanently as possible.
