As of yesterday, I committed myself to not picking my face. I didn't realize what a big deal it is and how many people have this problem. I feel so weak and I want to be stronger. I can totally beat this. I want and deserve clear skin. I am 32 years old and so damn sick of zits! The only thing I have not tried is to NOT pick at my face. Last night I picked at two or three zits. Wish me luck!
