zt taking it a couple of hrs at a time

i feel like i need to talk to someone about this
i am now healing
and i hate this period of time after i am normal and then my normal life is stopped, literally stopped by something as simple as a pimle,,,that i touch..and then bam...u know the rest

this has affected my work..if it was not said directly that this was the reason..i know it was..the tardiness...the scabs...

anyone interested in doing the zt with me every 6 hrs or so?

I need help to hour to hoour I have a little bump that I just had to mess with and we are having our our anniversary party this saturday the longest I've ever gone with out picking since I was a child is 1 day and it was asfter I had found this site. if I can leave it alone Im sure it will be gone by then but if I pick it I will be embarrased to talk to anyone I'll be self concious and have a rotten time running to the bathroom to see if its covered good all night I pray I can leave it alone this picking ruines every thing that I ever want to do help!
