Ok. SO i did pick a little today. I still feel oddly satisfied after reading or posting and its only been like 2 days. SO I am ready try my first ZT. I have done this many times on my own. BUT, i feel that I need a partner or two to help me get through it. I am feeling confident. I just keep remembering that feelings are not fact and that this to shall pass. I send my love to all!
