Trying again

Finally I'm trying again. I have fallen into a slump and have been picking again.
1 month of not picking. I am putting on mederma too and putting big bandages over my arms so I won't pick it.
I will last the whole month this time!!!

I haven't been able to post, but everything is going good and I've been able to keep myself away from my skin. Combination of work and keeping myself occupied.
