Reading your posts has given me the courage to STOP PICKING. I'm sure I'll have setbacks and frustrations, but this is the first time I even considered that I might be ABLE to stop.
I just bought some Dermablend makeup, so that while my face heals I can at least cover up the scars and blemishes, so that I will not be embarassed to go to work (I work at a salon and spa, of all places!) or even walk my dogs.
I'm off to shower and get ready for work. I have a big juicy scab that I'm dying to pick at, but I'm going to resist!
