ok, personal zt in short intervals.
today and everyday must be most careful evenings.
zt from 5pm to 1am. hopefully i will be asleep by 11 or 12 at night. that is 8 hrs. 8 hrs like a work shift. we can do something productive or just take a walk, or just relax.
not make our lives miserable.

we can do something productive or just take a walk, or just relax. For me, this is the key. I must, must, must keep as busy as possible to keep on track with ZT. When I have time to throw away, far too often I throw it away in front of the mirror. Maybe it would help some of us to keep a very strict plan as to what you're doing at any/every particular time during the night (or whenever it is that you're at your worst). Like: 5:30-6:15-- cook dinner. 6:15-6:45 -- eat dinner. 6:45-7:10 -- clean up. 7:10-8:00 -- read. 8:00-8:30 -- watch Friends. I don't know if I could do it myself, but I think that the organization of my evening would sort of convince myself that there isn't time to spend picking...
