hey everybody. ive been absent lately because of craziness going on in my life but im back now and i have a new plan. ive been finding it really hard to get in sync with everybody's zt plans which is upsetting because i love all the mutual support. it has really helped me more than any other single thing. so i decided to make my own personal zt goals, keeping a record of them in my journal and still come here to check in with you all. i mean zt is zt right? we're all in the same boat. my current goal is zt until saturday. yeah, a two day goal. i know it sounds whimpy, but hey, you gotta start somewhere. of course the idea is to have a new goal immediately after accomplishing the last so that i have a continuing string of zt. i just find it so much easier to think of in really small increments. i feel really good about all of this. im so ready. and i am so so so fkin grateful for all of you. everybody here together has saved my life. you believe in me like i believe in you. keep it up! you're all awesome! love, rabbit.

Rabbit, a 2-day goal is nothing to sneeze at! For me it has been 8 hours at a time! I'm all for baby steps myself. Best to take it slow and steady, well for me anyway. We all just have to experiment and find out whats best for US. Just do your best and no matter what you've got us

Awww, good job rabbitmoon. Remember, no matter what your long term goal may be you always have to take it one day at a time. I experiment with different kick-the-pick techniques, including looking at ZT from different time frames. I just know that as long as I keep trying I'll get there eventually. You will too.
