I was doing really good with ZT for a while and then I have just had too many slip ups to really say I have been ZT but I want to try again starting from this moment on. I feel so much better when I dont pick and I want to stop this behavior once and for all and ZT is the only way because once I slip it just gets worse so here is too a week of ZT tomorrow will be day 1 for me because I dont really think I can count today. I am new here and I think this ZT board was a great idea!! good luck to everyone!! Tiff
