I was doing really well today, keeping busy and not touching myself. My husband and I are trying to refinance our house to hopefully add a room on so my year old son can move out of our bedroom. I got my credit report today because of problems I was not even aware of. My ex-husband, who has been dead for over two years now put a chap. 7 bankruptcy against my house, which I have never filed bankruptcy. He also put a $3500.00 charge off from sears on my report. All I have to fight it with is a restraining order that prevents either one of us from adding any new debt to new or existing accounts. That did not work. I gave him everything including our retirement accounts, just so he would let me keep my house that I was paying for anyway. He cheats on me and hurt me so badly, and then comes back and hurts me all over again. And now that he is dead, I can't even confront him about it. I have been fighting to keep from taking it out on my skin, and am having a hard time. I can't get ahold of anyone, so I had to vent to you. Thanks for listening, and I know If I can make it through today, tomorrow will be better. To some people this probally would not even be a big deal, but I have worked hard my whole life to maintain my credit. Whew, I feel a little better now. Amy

Hang in there. There are ways to fix your credit. Picking your face is not going to make it better it will make it worse, I am sure you all ready know that. Just take the next right action to resolve your credit report, speak to an accountant or someone who is experienced with credit reports. Don't get involved with one of this scams places that say they will help you and then charge you alot of money. You need to write letters to the credit report companies. (This is what my husband did) There are 3 credit report companies One credit report may be good and one may be bad, you need to write letteres and get things investigated)Do some research. Everything is going to be okay.
