t is so hard not to pick. I have several bumps and little pimples that I am dying to pick but I know once I start it will not end. I keep on touching them. I know that is bad. I am doing so well ad fel so goos about not picking since last Saturday. It is the longest I have gone. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks
