hey i'm interested to know.. i guess on a daily or weekly basis: the steps we are taking...and how much better our day or week was...due to the steps we took...to not make skin picking take over our lives:
ok, i'll start:
ok today..during last week i have talked to many friends..good i have gone out...without makeup, with a bandage on my face, i have shopped etc..., i reevaluated some of my life patterns..and try to change the bad ones.. i called some people i was nervous to call,,for job recommendation... i thakfullly, and most important, for now..have not touched my skin in any way..to make open sores..yeepee...and have not stared too long at any pimple..and have done some new ways of applying acne meds..implemented new one..etc... RESULT: i feel proud of myself my friends were happy to hear from me everyday my skin is getting better = and my self confidence is getting better i try to make my skin not an important issue..good., allows me to focus on career..future...etc.. feel less depressed. feel happier.

This morning (well, the second time I got up) I didn't examine and touch my skin too much. I treated a bad spot with Desitin Creamy (treated my whole face last night because tore it up). I am trying not to have negative thoughts and my plan for today it to get something productive done and eat healthy.
Results: I'll update later.

Today I went to the gym and ate healthy (except for those chocolates in the middle of the afternoon), but more importantly, I managed to draw a bath without ripping into my face. The strategy, I put on a face mask while the bath was running. After the bath, the mirror was to foggy to pick. Looking forward to waking tomorrow without that sick feeling after having picked the night before.
